Joyce, who was the director of cybersecurity for the Nationwide Safety Company till retiring in 2024, was offering testimony to the U.S. Home Committee on the Chinese language Communist Occasion, which is investigating a broad hacking marketing campaign by China focusing on the U.S. authorities lately.
