Dell wrote that the knowledge accessed within the breach included buyer names, bodily addresses and “Dell {hardware} and order info, together with service tag, merchandise description, date of order and associated guarantee info.” Dell didn’t say if the incident was attributable to malicious outsiders or inadvertent error.
The breached information didn’t embrace electronic mail addresses, phone numbers, monetary or cost info, or “any extremely delicate buyer info,” based on the corporate.
